Role Description This is a full time on-site role based in Indore for a Hiring Sales Executive, HR Recruiter, Counselor, and Mobilizer. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with corporate clients and institutions, and promoting CERTED TECHNOLOGIES’ hiring, training, and CSR solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing end-to-end recruitment for fresher and experienced roles, conducting candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment and sales records.



The position also includes counseling candidates on career paths, training opportunities, and placement options, as well as mobilizing students and job seekers through outreach activities, seminars, and institutional visits. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align sales, recruitment, and training objectives, while meeting defined targets and ensuring a positive stakeholder experience. Qualifications
• Strong skills in talent acquisition and recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Sales and business development abilities, such as lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and achievement of revenue or placement targets.
• Counseling and mobilization skills, including career guidance, mentoring, public speaking, and effective engagement with students, job seekers, and institutional partners.
• Proficiency in basic digital tools, CRM or applicant tracking systems, and productivity software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, online communication platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment, counseling, sales, or training services is highly preferred.
