Role Summary: We are seeking a senior Resident Engineer (Civil) to lead our project site team, supervise construction activities, and direct overall site supervision ensuring full compliance with specifications, budgets, and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, direct, and supervise the site engineering and inspection team across all daily operations.
• Review, audit, and approve contractor method statements, shop drawings, submittals, and payment requests.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve field issues.
• Enforce full compliance with building codes, technical specifications, QA/QC standards, and HSE guidelines.
• Manage project delivery milestones, monitor schedule variances, assess change orders, and oversee final handover. Requirements &

Qualifications:
• B.
Sc. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.




• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in construction supervision and site management.
• Valid Driver's License (Mandatory).
• Proven leadership record managing major projects as Resident Engineer.
• Robust command of FIDIC contract administration and technical specifications.
• Required

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Required

Experience:
Minimum 15 Years of experience in civil site supervision
• Driving License Requirement: Valid Driver's License (Mandatory)
