Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Non-Tech Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Non-Tech Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offer processes. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing

s, and posting openings on relevant platforms. The role involves proactively building talent pipelines, conducting candidate outreach, and maintaining a structured interview and evaluation process.



The recruiter will also handle candidate communication and feedback, maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, and support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives aligned with Tradepass’s culture and business goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring for non-technical roles.
• Candidates should possess solid Recruiting experience, including talent sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Candidates with exposure to Technical Recruiting will be valued for their broader understanding of organizational talent needs.
• Relevant experience in corporate or agency recruitment, preferably in events, media, consulting, or related industries.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience required.
