Coimbatore (SNS Square) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday on 8hrs shift with two shift options applicable based on

requirements:
• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (30 minutes morning break, 1 hour lunch break, and 30 minutes evening break) Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The candidate will strengthen brand visibility across traditional search engines, social media platforms, and AI-powered search experiences while driving organic traffic and qualified lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Develop and execute social media strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Plan and maintain content calendars.
• Improve audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content to improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions. 3. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Optimize content and brand presence for AI-powered search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.).
• Improve visibility and citation likelihood in AI-generated responses. 4. Analytics & Performance Optimization




• Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent tools.
• Analyze campaign metrics and implement data-driven improvements. 5. Strategy & Collaboration
• Align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective content and marketing campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience across SMM, SEO, and GEO.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, search algorithms, content optimization, and audience targeting.
• Practical knowledge of AI-powered search platforms and generative search optimization techniques.
• Proven ability to improve digital visibility, organic traffic, engagement, and lead generation (supported by measurable results or case studies).
• Proficiency in digital analytics, campaign reporting, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing, IT services, or technology-driven businesses is preferred.
