9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ? Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week) Role Overview: We are looking for an Application Technologist with hands-on experience in bakery, bars, and confectionery product development. This is a lab-based role focused on formulation trials, product development, sample preparation, and technical evaluation, with minimal customer travel.

Key Responsibilities
? Execute laboratory and pilot-scale formulation trials for bakery, bars, and confectionery products. ? Develop prototypes such as cakes, cookies, biscuits, breads, tortillas, crackers, nutrition bars, and confectionery products. ? Evaluate ingredient functionality and optimize formulations for texture, taste, processing, and shelf life. ? Conduct analytical and sensory evaluations and prepare technical reports. ? Coordinate raw materials, sample preparation, and product development projects. ? Follow laboratory GMP, food safety, and workplace safety standards. Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Bakery Science, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in bakery, food ingredients, or application development.
