We’re building the brand around one simple idea: Shopping should feel less like work and more like having the right bro around. That means our content can’t look like every other brand’s content either. We move fast. We experiment. We shoot a lot. And we’re looking for someone who knows how to make a camera do more than just… point at people. The Role: We’re looking for a Videographer & Video Editor with a strong social-first eye. Someone who can pick up an iPhone or camera and immediately see the shot. The angle. The movement. The transition. The cut. The tiny detail that makes a normal video feel very VRO. You should be able to shoot a chaotic, funny Gen-Z Reel one day and a sharp, authoritative founder film the next
- without making either feel boring. If your default setup is tripod + straight-on talking head + basic cut & boring camera angles, we probably won’t vibe. What You’ll Do:
· Shoot short
- and long-form video content for VRO
· Shoot Reels, social series, micro-dramas, founder content, events and campaigns
· Own the shoot from setup to final edit
· Create fast-paced, visually interesting social edits
· Experiment with camera movement, framing, transitions, sound design and visual storytelling




· Make founder content feel authoritative without making it feel like a corporate film
· Turn long-form footage into multiple strong short-form pieces
· Work closely with the Content Writer & Creative Content Strategist to bring ideas from script to screen
· Shoot office and community content What We’re Looking For:
· Strong videography + editing skills
· A genuinely good & cool visual eye
· You understand social video, pacing and retention
· Comfortable shooting on iPhone and/or professional cameras
· Know how to make a simple setup look anything but simple
· Strong sense of framing, movement, lighting and sound
· Know what’s happening on the internet
· Can switch between Gen-Z chaos and polished founder storytelling
· Quick, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out yourself Tools: Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects / CapCut or whatever you use to make good shit. AI tools are a plus. We care about the work. Not the software list. Bonus Points:
