3+ Years Job Overview : We are looking for a skilled IT professional with experience in system operations and application support to join our technology team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical and functional support for trading applications and assist exchange members with queries and issues.
• Perform routine support operations on Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Respond to internal and external queries through emails and ensure proper follow-up.
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational and technical issues.
• Prepare and circulate MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
• BE / B.
Tech / MCA / B.
Sc. (IT)



or other graduates with a positive academic record and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, application support, or system operations.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Exposure to stock/commodity exchange applications, trading platforms, CTCL, ODIN, or financial/banking applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24×6 shift environment, including night shifts.
