Role Description The Retail Store Manager role at Artarium is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring visual merchandising standards align with the brand’s luxury image. This role involves monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve targets, and maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The manager will handle customer queries and escalations,



coordinate with the manufacturing and online teams as needed, and ensure compliance with company policies and retail loss prevention practices. The role also includes scheduling staff, training team members, and maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment. Qualifications
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and cross-functional partners.
• Proven experience in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and sales tracking.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
• Previous experience in retail, preferably in luxury or home décor segments.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with basic retail software, POS systems, and reporting tools.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or a related field.
