Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our interior design sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
(Individual Role and target) 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and construction sectors. 3. Handle client meetings, understand requirements, and collaborate with the design and project teams to deliver customized solutions. 4. Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals. 5.



Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. 6. Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve business strategy. 7. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients. 8. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, and project execution teams for timely project delivery.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. 2. 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industry. 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Solid leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team. 6. Good understanding of interior design concepts and project lifecycle will be an added advantage.
