Labellerr AI is hiring an Associate for the Founder's Office. You will work side by side with the founder: running the inbox, calendar and follow-up, and going with him to customer meetings, partner visits and events. This is not a desk-only role. What you will do → Triage the founder's inbox: sort partner, customer, hiring and event emails, answer what you can from standard replies, and bring him the few that need him → Prepare for and join meetings with customers and partners: a brief before, notes and next steps within hours after → Schedule and confirm calls, including across time zones, and protect the founder's calendar → Travel with the founder to meetings, partner visits and events, and handle bookings and logistics → Track every promise made in a meeting until it is a yes, a no or a explicit next step → Share approved documents, samples and data with named customers and partners when the founder asks, under an NDA and with each share logged → Buy what the company needs, such as gifts, devices and supplies, within a defined budget → Coordinate with the accounts team on invoices, payment status and records, so the founder can approve payments quickly → Help with basic HR work: acknowledge applicants, schedule interviews, keep one tracker, and push hiring forward → Handle event, award and programme applications and their deadlines → Keep company records and compliance deadlines on track with our legal and finance teams → Spot repetitive manual work and flag it for automation (you do not need to build it) Who this is for → 1 to 3 years in sales, business development, events, startup operations or a founder's office. you act first and report back briefly → You close the loop on every thread → Excited to travel about [3 to 5] days a month, mostly in India, with costs paid → Discreet with confidential information How we work → Urgent items: reply in 30 minutes and finish the same day, even if it runs past office hours. This is not routine, and extra hours or weekend travel are balanced with time off → In-office in Mohali, at Innovation Mission Punjab What this role is not → Not a personal assistant: no personal errands or personal purchases → Not a sales-quota role: you prepare, follow up and warm up leads, and the founder closes → Signing, payments, the payment cycle, pricing and exclusivity deals always stay with the founder → Not a technical role → Not a full HR function: you help with basic HR until we hire HR Pay and growth Fixed ₹[4.5 to 6] LPA, plus outcome-linked pay of up to ₹[1 to 2] LPA, paid quarterly on outcomes agreed up front, plus ESOP. Examples of outcomes: qualified meetings booked, event leads turned into conversations, hires closed on time, applications submitted. You are welcome to propose outcomes you want to be paid more for.
