Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate quality leads through paid marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and conversions.
• Optimize ad campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce costs.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and A/B testing.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and analytics.
• Manage remarketing campaigns and landing page optimization.

Requirements:
• Graduate in Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Valuable analytical skills and a target-oriented approach.
