ESDS is looking for a customer-focused Project & Delivery Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects, cloud implementation and migration initiatives, AI-enabled service improvements, and managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, cloud migration, and technology implementation projects.
• Plan project timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cloud, infrastructure, security, engineering, and operations teams.
• Manage customer expectations, escalations, SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery.
• Drive AI-enabled automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and smooth transition to operations.



What We’re Looking For
• 5–9 years of relevant experience in IT project management, cloud services, infrastructure, or managed services.
• Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, hybrid cloud, or data centre environments.
• Robust project planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of ITSM, incident management, SLA management, and service transition.
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, AIOps, or automation initiatives will be an advantage.
