About the Role
Edulift is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Junior Counselors to connect with prospective students, provide course guidance, and support the admissions process for online Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective students.
• Explain course details, fee structures, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
• Assist Senior Counselors in converting leads into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.





Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
