Role Description The Financial Analyst Intern role at Argos Watch is a full-time, in office position based in Surat. The intern will assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, reviewing financial statements, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organizing financial data, performing variance and trend analyses, and contributing to financial planning initiatives for the brand’s operations and growth. The intern will collaborate with finance and operations teams to provide insights that support decision-making, improve financial processes, and enhance overall financial performance.



This role offers exposure to the financial aspects of a consumer brand and hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance and robust Analytical Skills to interpret data and support business decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Candidates should possess skills in working with Financial Statements, including understanding balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program preferred).
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel) and comfort with data analysis software is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate respectfully within cross-functional teams.
• Interest in consumer brands or manufacturing, and a willingness to learn about the watch industry, is an advantage.
