The intern will assist in identifying and qualifying leads, supporting sales outreach, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Daily tasks include communicating with prospects or customers, responding to inquiries, and helping deliver a positive customer experience. The intern will support basic marketing activities such as drafting messages, preparing presentations, and gathering market or competitor information.



The role may also include assisting with internal training materials and coordinating with team members to improve sales and marketing processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and clients.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-up, and pipeline tracking.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and assist with creating or delivering internal training resources.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, social media, or digital tools is beneficial.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to manage part-time hours responsibly.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
