• Active RCI / CRR registration
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Experience independently managing assessment, case formulation and therapy
• Comfortable conducting structured online counselling sessions
• Strong communication, documentation and skilled boundaries in virtual care Preferred Experience
• Marriage and relationship counselling
• Child and adolescent psychology
• Parent and family work
• Anxiety, depression, stress and emotional regulation concerns
• Training in DBT, ACT, Family Therapy, Systemic Therapy or trauma-informed approaches




• Previous experience working with clients across different cities, cultures or time zones

About the Role
This is a fully online clinical role for experienced psychologists who can independently manage clients through video-based sessions while maintaining consistent clinical standards. LeapHope works with individuals, couples and families across India and international markets through structured, culturally aware and clinically led online counselling.
