Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Designer (Interiors) role based in Bengaluru. The Technical Designer will translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings for interior projects. Responsibilities include preparing plans, sections, elevations and joinery details; coordinating with architects, vendors and contractors; and ensuring that designs comply with project standards, building codes and quality requirements. The role involves reviewing site conditions,



supporting site execution with clear technical guidance and resolving design and detailing issues during construction. The Technical Designer will also assist in documentation for approvals and maintaining accurate project files and revisions throughout the design and build process. Qualifications
• Strong technical design skills in interiors, including detailed drawings, joinery details and construction documentation.
• Solid understanding of architecture and spatial planning as it relates to interior environments.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and comfort with digital documentation workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to interpret design intent and translate it into buildable details, with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and a commitment to deadlines and high-quality delivery.
