Role Description The Oracle Fusion Cloud B2B Trainer role is a part-time, remote position focused on designing and delivering high-quality training on Oracle Fusion Cloud B2B modules and related business processes. The trainer will develop course materials, including presentations, labs, and case studies, and conduct live online sessions, workshops, and mentoring for learners. Daily responsibilities include explaining complex concepts in accessible terms, demonstrating system configurations and integrations, guiding learners through real-world scenarios, and assessing progress through assignments and feedback. The trainer will collaborate with the curriculum team to refine course content, stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud releases,



and ensure that training remains aligned with industry best practices and learner needs. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of business process design and analysis, with the ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion Cloud B2B solutions.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles, especially in implementing or optimizing Oracle-based enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle HR or related Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with experience explaining functional workflows to learners.
• Practical experience working with Oracle Applications, including configuration, navigation, and end-to-end process demonstrations.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, and data flows within Oracle Fusion Cloud and related B2B environments.
• Proven ability to design and deliver structured technical training, with robust presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Comfort working remotely and managing part-time schedules, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience as a corporate trainer, instructor, or implementation consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP platforms is highly beneficial.
