Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding banking collections, recoveries, and payment reminders, following prescribed scripts and compliance guidelines. Responsibilities include explaining payment terms, addressing customer queries, updating call details and payment commitments in the system, and escalating complex cases to senior team members. The role involves meeting daily and monthly calling targets, coordinating with field collection teams,



and maintaining a professional and courteous communication style at all times. The Telecaller will also support verification calls and contribute to continuous improvement in call quality and customer engagement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with a explicit and confident telephone manner.
• Candidates should possess basic computer and data entry skills, including working with call logs, spreadsheets, and CRM or collection systems.
• Candidates should possess customer service and negotiation skills to handle objections, build rapport, and encourage timely payments.
• Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage high call volumes and meet daily and monthly targets.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities and attention to accuracy when recording information and following processes.
• Prior experience in telecalling, collections, recoveries, or a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th pass); a graduate degree in any discipline is an added advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to performance-driven, process-oriented work environments.
