• Relevant Background: Has worked at a leading consulting, enterprise SaaS or transformation firm such as Accenture, Deloitte Digital, PwC, EY, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Workday, WNS, Genpact, Capgemini, Publicis Sapient or Slalom, and has held a comparable role (e.g. Senior Manager – Digital Transformation, Principal Value Consultant,



Professional Services Engagement Manager, Lead Business Architect or Principal Consultant) for at least three years.
• Pre-Sales & Deal Closure: Hands-on experience co-authoring Statements of Work (SOWs), pitching alongside Sales Executives, and scoping engagement hours/margins.
• Diagnostic & Process Discovery: Proven track record mapping 'AS-IS' business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and running value discovery engagements. Additionally, setting up key processes and practices, including strategy, value engineering, AI and Digital Transformation consulting, etc.
• Design Thinking Capability: Certified or highly practiced in facilitating interactive client workshops to map user journeys and define 'TO-BE' functional requirements.
• Functional Delivery Oversight: Serves as the vital bridge between client leadership and technical configurators/engineers to ensure accurate system alignment and product delivery, ongoing maintenance, product feedback, etc.
• Metric Tracking: Create and manage Balanced Scorecard of M5 Professional Services and deliver on metrics.
