About the Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong product design background to join our team and take ownership of ongoing, full-fledged design requirements. The role involves working on day-to-day product design activities, translating business and user requirements into intuitive experiences, and creating high-quality UI designs that are both functional and visually engaging. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing digital products, mobile applications, or web platforms and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Product Design & UX
• Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for digital products and platforms.
• Understand user needs, business requirements, and product objectives to create effective design solutions.
• Work on user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate requirements into clear and scalable UX solutions.
• Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. UI Design
• Create high-quality, visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Develop responsive designs and ensure consistency across different screens and devices.




• Create and maintain reusable UI components and design patterns.
• Follow and contribute to existing design systems and maintain visual consistency.
• Prepare high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for development and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure designs are practical, developer-friendly, and aligned with product requirements. What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong product design background with experience working on digital products, mobile applications, or web platforms.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• Good understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and functional UI designs.
• Understanding of responsive design and basic design systems.
• Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical limitations.
• Solid attention to detail and visual design skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
