We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial management, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with auditors, consultants, and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Oversee payments, receivables, bank reconciliations, and audits.
- Handle MCA filings, statutory records, and corporate compliance, as applicable.

Com / M.
Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
- Robust knowledge of taxation, accounting, and statutory compliance. Preference for candidates with Company Secretary (CS) qualifications or secretarial compliance experience.*
