We are looking for a creative, agile, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong background in mass communication and journalism to manage and strengthen the organization’s digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the organization’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, captions, and promotional materials.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Write compelling captions, articles, blogs, press releases, and promotional content with excellent language and communication skills.
• Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing for promotional campaigns and institutional events.
• Cover school events, celebrations, achievements, activities, and special occasions through creative digital content.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and lead-generation activities, wherever required.
• Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, tone,



and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Coordinate with the HR, Admissions, Academic, and Management teams to gather information and develop relevant content.
• Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism is mandatory.
• Robust knowledge of digital media, public relations, content writing, and communication strategies.
• Additional certifications in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, or online advertising will be an advantage. Required Skills and Competencies :
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong content writing, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.
• Practical experience in managing social media platforms for an organization or brand.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and basic video-editing applications.
• Knowledge of paid advertising, audience targeting, and digital campaign optimization.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and manage projects independently.
