With a strong presence across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, we are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage daily marketplace operations and drive online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management
• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other marketplaces.
• Handle daily marketplace operations, order processing, and fulfilment coordination.
• Monitor product availability, inventory, pricing, and account health. 2. Product Listings & Catalogue Management
• Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
• Manage catalogue uploads, product variations, and listing updates.
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalogue-related issues. 3. Sales & Growth Management
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage marketplace promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns.
• Improve product visibility, conversion rates, and marketplace rankings. 4. Inventory & Order Management
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.




• Track inventory, stock replenishment, returns, and cancellations.
• Manage marketplace purchase orders and stock reconciliation. 5. Reports & Analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales, returns, advertising performance, and marketplace profitability.
• Analyse marketplace data to improve operational efficiency. 6. Issue Resolution
• Raise and follow up on marketplace support tickets.
• Handle customer complaints, return disputes, claims, and account-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and performance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting).
• Understanding of product listing optimization, inventory management, and marketplace advertising.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces independently.
