Job Summary

The role is responsible for strengthening the bank's Premium segment proposition across products, partnerships, experiences and rewards. It focuses on translating customer and portfolio insights into targeted initiatives that improve acquisition, engagement, portfolio growth, retention, profitability and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and sustaining a best-in-class proposition for the bank's Premium segment through products, partnerships, experiences and rewards, and enabling realisation of key segment KPIs via targeted interventions
• Develop and execute the segment strategy for Premium customers in alignment with the overall Affluent Banking objectives.
• Design and enhance customer value propositions, including products, services, privileges, and engagement programs tailored to Premium customers.
• Monitor segment performance through key business metrics such as acquisition, activation, portfolio growth, customer engagement, retention, and profitability.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities to continuously strengthen the Premium segment proposition.
• Drive customer lifecycle management initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, deepening, and retention programs.
• Partner with Product, Digital, Analytics, Sales, Wealth, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement segment initiatives effectively.
• Track customer feedback and service performance indicators to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.




• Prepare management reviews, business updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support innovation and digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement and operational efficiency
• Maintain robust governance practises - regularly review the portfolio offerings to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Key Experiences
• Experience managing affluent or Emerging Affluent customer segments and portfolios.
• Proven delivery of customer value propositions,



lifecycle programmes and engagement initiatives.
• Strong track record in portfolio analytics, KPI management and data-led decision-making.
• Experience executing cross-functional initiatives across Product, Digital, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Working knowledge of banking governance, conduct and regulatory requirements.
Certifications / Qualifications
• MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
Languages
• Strong written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to senior stakeholders and frontline colleagues.
