Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support end-to-end hiring processes for various roles at Zell Education. This full-time, in office role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and involves sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The intern will assist with maintaining candidate databases, communicating with applicants, and scheduling discussions with hiring managers. Day-to-day responsibilities also include contributing to employer branding initiatives, posting job openings on relevant platforms,



and helping improve recruitment workflows. The role offers exposure to modern recruitment practices within a fast-paced, education-focused organization. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent and assist in selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote Zell Education as an attractive place to work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and manage time and tasks in a full-time environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with applicant tracking tools, spreadsheets, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is beneficial.
• Demonstrated interest in recruitment, talent management, or HR, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
