Role Description The Doctor Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role focuses on building, nurturing, and managing solid professional relationships with partner doctors and surgeons, ensuring alignment with Pristyn Care’s clinical and operational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with doctors on patient cases, schedules, and treatment plans, resolving queries, and facilitating clear communication between medical professionals and internal teams. The Doctor Relationship Manager will monitor doctor satisfaction, collect feedback, and collaborate with operations, patient care, and management teams to improve processes and service quality. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, supporting onboarding of new doctors, and contributing to initiatives that enhance collaboration and patient outcomes. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address doctor concerns, operational challenges, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Candidates should possess basic understanding of healthcare or hospital operations; prior experience working with doctors, clinics, or medical service providers is highly beneficial.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or relationship management systems) and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in healthcare administration or customer relationship management are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with flexibility
