Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the delivery of cutting-edge payments and financial services solutions. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure high-value features are delivered on time and with quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple Agile teams.
• Define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Make data-driven prioritization decisions based on customer and business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product delivery with business goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support product releases, documentation, and operational readiness. Mandatory Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst experience in Financial Services or Payments.
• Strong knowledge of Bill Pay, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
• Proven backlog management and prioritization skills.
• Experience writing user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and release planning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred
• Payments or FinTech product experience.
