• Experience Handling the complete end-to-end Full Life-Cycle Recruiting
• Expertise in recruiting for W2, Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Fulltime positions.
• Strong direct and indirect sourcing and networking skills expert knowledge with current internet sourcing tools, Job portals and social media.
• Robust experience in Active and Passive Recruiting.
• Excellent Candidate resource pool and network.
• Experience working in fast paced environment.
• Recruiting experience via Social Media and non-traditional / innovative methods.
• Must be able to understand requirements and formulate complex Boolean search strings.
• Must have proven track record of successful placements.
• Excellent communication skills and Organizational skills.
