• Solid understanding of Power Distribution and Power Systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in industry software and tools for electrical engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical engineering are a plus
