Our mission is to make it easier for wheelchair users, senior citizens, and people with mobility challenges to find accessible places so they can move through the world with freedom and dignity. Role Overview We are looking for a Recruitment Lead who can take ownership of our recruitment process, from screening applications to onboarding new team members. This role involves working directly with the founder, communicating with candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring the right people join our team. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, exercises good judgment, and follows through on responsibilities without needing constant reminders. What You Will Do
- Review applications and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates for different roles.
- Reach out to shortlisted candidates through WhatsApp and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Coordinate with the founder on candidate selection and communicate decisions and next steps clearly.




- Manage the onboarding process to help new team members join smoothly and understand their responsibilities.
- Identify ways to improve recruitment processes and contribute to operational decisions when needed. Who We Are Looking For

- Can lead interviews confidently, ask thoughtful questions, and assess candidates fairly.

- Is willing to learn current skills and apply feedback. Prior recruitment experience is not essential; the right attitude, commitment, and ability to execute matter more.
