Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager of Operations role based in Mumbai, Pune, Benglore&Hydrabaad; . The Manager of Operations will oversee daily facility management, Security,Manpower and housekeeping activities, ensuring service quality, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with company procedures. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, planning and allocating manpower, coordinating with clients, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and ensuring smooth, hassle-free delivery of services across client locations.



The Manager of Operations will also collaborate with senior management on budgeting, resource planning, and reporting, while maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications
• Proven experience in operations management or facility management, preferably in housekeeping, security, or related support services.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and manage diverse on-site teams.
• Solid client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Ability to plan and organize manpower, schedules, and resources to meet service level commitments.
• Knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and quality control practices in facility management.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools for tracking operations and performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, facilities management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working with multi-site clients in sectors such as retail, healthcare, IT, or hospitality will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
• Willingness to work on-site in Nasik and travel locally as required for operational oversight.
