About the Role
Viviana Properties, a growing real estate firm in Dubai, is looking for confident, driven Telesales Executives to join our sales team. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and are ready to build your career in Dubai, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s property offerings
• Generate and qualify leads, and follow up consistently to move them through the sales funnel
• Understand client requirements and present suitable options with clear, persuasive communication
• Invite and convert leads into site visits, office meetings, and Zoom presentations
• Meet daily and monthly call, RSVP, and sales targets
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM and daily reports
• Build and maintain robust client relationships Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (educated candidates with a good academic background preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecommunications sales, or any sales role
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi
• Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, or Arabic is an added advantage
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Professional attitude, discipline, and good grooming
• Must be able to relocate to Dubai and join immediately
