About ReframeReframe is a neuroscience-based app that helps people drink less, or quit, without shame or labels. We're a Y Combinator–backed (S21) company headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, with team members working remotely. Members use Reframe for daily lessons, tracking, 1:1 and group coaching, monthly challenges, a supportive community forum, and medical options like Reframe Med+. Everything we make is built around one belief: changing your relationship with alcohol should feel hopeful, not clinical. The roleYou'll create original graphics and edit, retouch and composite photos: rapid, consistent and on-message.
You'll work with marketing, content, coaching and community. One day it's a batch of paid social ads, the next it's a challenge calendar, a podcast cover, or a set of retouched creator photos. This is a visual design role, not UX/UI: you won't be designing app screens or user flows.
What you'll do
• Bring the new brand to life. Apply our refreshed brand system to social, email, ads and print, and build templates so the whole team stays on-brand.
• Design marketing and ad creative. Produce static and simple animated images for paid social, organic posts, email headers, thumbnails and campaigns, iterating with performance data.
• Edit and retouch images. Color-correct, retouch, crop, resize and composite photos, including stock, team and creator content, so every image looks polished and consistent.
• Create member content. Design monthly challenge calendars, journal prompts, coaching worksheets, lesson graphics and Reframeable Podcast artwork.
• Support community and partnerships. Make graphics for forum events, live coaching sessions,
member meetups and Reframe Collective creator partners.
• Own the asset library. Keep brand files, templates and edited images organized so anyone can find the right version in seconds.
• Manage the queue. Take requests from multiple teams, prioritize with your manager, and hit deadlines without sacrificing quality. What we're looking for
• 2–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally at a startup, agency or consumer brand.
• A portfolio that shows strong layout, typography and color, plus examples of photo editing and retouching.
• Expert-level Photoshop and Illustrator; comfortable in Figma, Canva or InDesign.
• Strong photo editing
skills:
retouching, color grading, masking, background removal and compositing.
• Comfort with basic motion: animated social posts or GIFs (After Effects or similar).
• Speed without sloppiness. You can turn around a batch of ad variations in a day and still sweat the details.
• Self-directed and reliable working remotely, with clear async communication across time zones.
• Warmth and empathy in your work. Our members are often in a vulnerable moment, and the design should feel kind, never preachy.
• Work in the EST (New York) Time zone Nice to have
• Experience in health, wellness or mental health brands.
• Illustration skills, especially friendly, inclusive character or spot illustration.
• Photography or photo art direction experience.
• Familiarity with performance creative: A/B testing ads and reading results.
