Company Description India’s Future Investors (IFI) is India’s Money Entertainment Reality Show that blends finance, human behavior, competition, and entertainment. Through immersive challenges and real-world money scenarios, IFI explores how people think, prioritize, and make decisions under time pressure. The show focuses on money intelligence and character, aiming to discover “India’s Money Rockstar.” IFI invites participants and viewers across India to engage with money in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. The platform offers a unique opportunity to learn, compete, and showcase financial decision-making skills. Role Description The Legal Intern will support IFI’s legal operations by assisting with the review and drafting of contracts, participant agreements, NDAs, and other production-related documents. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research on issues related to media, entertainment, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance, and summarizing findings in clear, concise formats for internal stakeholders. The intern will help identify potential legal risks in show formats, promotional campaigns, and contestant interactions, and support the legal team in addressing queries from production, marketing, and operations. Responsibilities also include organizing legal documentation, maintaining accurate records,



and contributing to compliance processes and internal guidelines. This is a full-time remote role, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams via digital communication tools. Qualifications
• Robust foundation in Law with an interest in media, entertainment, contract, and intellectual property law.
• Experience or coursework in Legal Consulting, including the ability to interpret regulations and provide structured recommendations.
• Skills in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and summarize Legal Issues relevant to reality shows, content production, and participant engagement.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordination with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent); prior internship experience in law firms or in-house legal teams is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Comfort with digital tools (document collaboration platforms, video conferencing) and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
