Role Description The Tour Manager internship role at Trek Panda is an in office position located in the Pune Division. The Tour Manager intern will assist in planning and coordinating treks and tours, including managing itineraries, bookings, logistics, and vendor communication. This role includes on-ground support during trips, such as handling participant queries, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining schedules. The intern will help with pre-tour briefings, post-tour feedback collection, and basic documentation and reporting. The role may also involve supporting marketing activities related to upcoming treks and contributing ideas to improve traveler experience and eco-friendly practices.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage schedules, logistics, and multiple tasks.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with travelers, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess basic problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle on-ground issues during tours.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with travel or trekking activities, along with a genuine interest in outdoor experiences and eco-friendly travel.
• Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required by tour schedules.
• Relevant academic background in tourism, hospitality, management, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Prior internship or volunteering experience in travel, events, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
