Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Digital Developer with strong expertise in Jutro, xEngage (Personalized Engagement / Customer Engagement), and Edge. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and delivering modern digital experiences for P&C; insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and configure digital applications using Guidewire Jutro.
• Design and implement customer and agent digital experiences using xEngage (PE/CE).
• Develop and maintain Guidewire Edge services and APIs.
• Integrate Guidewire Digital solutions with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web experiences aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate with external systems.
• Work with Guidewire Cloud and InsuranceSuite components.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve technical issues across digital applications and integrations.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and contribute to technical design and code reviews.




• Ensure solutions follow Guidewire and enterprise security, performance, and coding standards. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Jutro.
• Experience with Guidewire xEngage – PE/CE.
• Solid understanding of Guidewire Edge and API-based integrations.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud / InsuranceSuite.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web integrations.
• Understanding of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred
• Guidewire certifications in Digital, Jutro, or related InsuranceSuite areas.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform and Cloud APIs.
• Experience implementing digital solutions for P&C; insurance.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with enterprise integration and security standards. Good to Have: Guidewire Digital / Jutro certification, xEngage experience, Edge/API expertise, and P&C; Insurance domain knowledge.
