Role Description Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to take ownership of our automation ecosystem. The ideal candidate will design robust test strategies and spearhead the integration of AI-driven workflows to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase the velocity of our CI/CD pipelines. You will serve as a force multiplier for the team, balancing deep technical execution with the architectural oversight of AI-assisted development. Success Metrics Success in this role will be defined by a measurable reduction in software delivery cycle time and a consistent increase in automated test coverage across our core services, ultimately enhancing the reliability and release velocity of the product. Required Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation engineering.
• AI Agent Tooling: Proven, hands-on experience utilizing AI agents such as Devin and Codex to accelerate code generation, complex refactoring, and automated debugging cycles.
• Proven expertise in web service/API automation and white-box testing.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills
• Languages: Strong proficiency in Java and Groovy.
• Frameworks: Playwright (preferred) or Selenium; TestNG.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Deep familiarity with Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
• Cloud: Experience with AWS or Azure.

• Own features end-to-end; identify and resolve failures stemming from coding errors, setting instability, or application bugs.
