– Project Manager (Scrum Master & Project Management)

• 1. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum Master practices, and enterprise project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, driving Agile transformation initiatives, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring successful delivery of technology projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. The role requires strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, team leadership, and Agile coaching skills. The candidate will work closely with business leaders, product owners, development teams, and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Management & Delivery
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Track project progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, budget, and scope commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
• Manage vendor deliverables, contracts, and external partner engagements where applicable.
• Scrum Master & Agile Leadership
• Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile teams and ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery performance.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
• Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team capacity.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile ways of working across the organization.
• Stakeholder & Team Management
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, technical teams, and external stakeholders.




• Provide regular project updates, executive dashboards, and governance reports to leadership teams.
• Lead and mentor project teams consisting of developers, analysts, testers, and support resources.
• Establish clear communication channels among project stakeholders.
• Drive effective decision-making and conflict resolution across teams.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance work environment.
• Governance, Risk & Quality Management
• Establish project governance frameworks and delivery standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and quality processes.
• Manage change requests and assess project impacts.
• Conduct project health reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
• Ensure quality assurance and effective release management practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence
• Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and team productivity.
• Implement project management best practices, templates, and standards.
• Leverage project management and Agile tools for effective planning and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within project delivery processes.
• Support organizational initiatives related to digital transformation and operational excellence.
• 3. Required Skills & Competencies Project Management Skills
• Strong experience managing medium-to-large-scale technology projects.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and PMO practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills. Agile & Scrum Skills
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Ability to drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.




• Hands-on experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Leadership & Behavioral Skills

• Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or AI-enabled projects is advantageous.
• 4. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10–12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management and Agile/Scrum delivery roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, and project reporting tools.
• Experience building executive dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks. Preferred Certifications
