Work you'll do As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition on the Contingent Workforce Management team, you will be responsible for supporting contractor recruiting strategy execution and Statement of Work engagement management for assigned service areas and lines.
• Collaborate with business leadership to define recruiting approach, resource requirements, timelines, and deliverables for contractor and SOW-based needs.
• Translate business requirements into staffing and service specifications and coordinate with procurement, legal, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support SOW creation, review, approval, and execution.
• Evaluate supplier submissions, staffing proposals, rates, and capabilities against business requirements and support decision-making on vendor-based resourcing.
• Monitor active SOW engagements for milestones, deliverables, budget alignment, performance, compliance, and required changes such as extensions, renewals, and amendments.
• Maintain records, reporting, and documentation related to SOW engagements, vendor activity, and workforce metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience. Hyderabad Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment and contractor management through vendor channels
• Experience managing contingent workforce programs, external staffing, or Statement of Work (SOW)-based engagements
• Experience supporting hiring coordination, onboarding, and invoicing for contractor or vendor-based resources
• Experience coordinating with business, procurement, legal, and supplier stakeholders for SOW creation, review, approval, and execution Preferred:
• Experience tracking SOW milestones, deliverables, performance, budget alignment, and compliance
• Experience evaluating supplier submissions, staffing proposals, rates, and supplier capabilities against business requirements
• Experience maintaining workforce metrics, reporting, and documentation for vendor or contractor activity
