We are looking for an energetic, customer-friendly, and motivated female sales assistant to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with choosing and buying ladies' blouses, providing excellent customer service, and managing shop sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales: Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and actively showcasing our blouse collections.
Styling & Guidance: Helping customers match and choose the right blouses for their sarees/lehengas based on design, fit, and color.
Store & Stock Management: Keeping the blouse display neat, organized, and properly arranged.
Customer Handling: Handling queries politely and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Gender: Female
Experience: Prior experience in retail,
clothing boutique, or sales is preferred (Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply).
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, patient, and pleasant personality.
Basic understanding of ladies' ethnic wear and blouse styles/fits.
Location: Candidates living near or with easy commute to Paltan Bazaar preferred.
