• Process and tag checked-in baggage, ensuring compliance with airline weight and size regulations.

• Assist in lost and found services for misplaced baggage and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

• Manage boarding gates, verify passenger documents, and facilitate smooth boarding and deboarding.

• Address customer complaints, resolve queries, and provide solutions in a professional manner.

• Assist with flight rescheduling and rebooking in case of delays or cancellations.
