### Key Responsibilities
- **Team Management:** Lead, supervise, and motivate field executives to achieve assigned targets.
- **Collection & Recovery:** Monitor team-wise collections, manage recovery performance, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- **Executive Tracking:** Track daily field activities, productivity, attendance, and performance of field executives.
- **Employee Record Management:** Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, performance reports, and operational data.
- **Recruitment & Team Building:** Maintain a strong local hiring network, source suitable candidates, and support recruitment to ensure adequate team strength.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Conduct regular team reviews, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- **Reporting & Coordination:** Submit daily MIS reports and coordinate with senior management for smooth field operations.
