Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.

* Identify and develop local and international suppliers.

* Source products from global markets including China, India, UAE, Turkey, Europe, and Africa.

* Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

* Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers.

* Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs agents.

* Track international shipments and ensure timely delivery.

* Handle import/export and shipping documentation.

* Prepare cost comparisons and landed-cost calculations.

* Maintain supplier and procurement records.

* Develop reliable suppliers and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, International Sourcing, Purchasing,



Supply Chain, or Logistics.

* Any Degree.

* Experience dealing with international suppliers preferred.

* Good understanding of import/export and logistics processes.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.

* Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Office.

* Good written and spoken English – Mandatory.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders.
