As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will lead quality assurance activities for complex InsurTech initiatives, translating business and technical requirements into comprehensive test strategies and plans. You will apply deep knowledge of property and casualty insurance workflows and processes across policy, billing, and claims administration systems to assess end-to-end impacts, dependencies, and risks.
You will plan and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing across insurance core platforms and the interfaces that connect them. Acting as a senior quality advocate, you will guide cross-functional teams, challenge incomplete requirements, drive defect prevention and root-cause analysis, and ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and end-user expectations.

APIs, batch processes, documents, data warehouses, and external partners.
- Validate interface contracts, transformations, sequencing, reconciliation, error handling, retries, and data consistency across integrated systems.
- Requirements and Solution Review:

- Partner with business analysts, product owners, architects, developers, and insurance subject-matter experts to refine scope and define measurable quality outcomes.
- Test Design, Execution, and Automation:
- Develop risk-based test plans and reusable test suites for functional, integration, system, regression, conversion, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify high-value regression and automation candidates, support test data and environment readiness, and ensure evidence is complete and audit-ready.
- Defect and Quality Management:
- Lead defect triage, severity and priority assessment, root-cause analysis, retesting, and closure across teams and systems.
- Track quality metrics and trends, communicate release risks and blockers, and recommend go/no-go decisions supported by objective evidence.
- Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Partnership:
- Champion preventive quality practices and improvements to processes, tools, templates, and governance.
