- Handle end-to-end return management for Marketplace and D2C orders.
- Process and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for returned and inward inventory.
- Manage order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch for Marketplace and D2C orders.
- Update inventory and order status in EasyCom and POS systems.
- Reconcile inventory across warehouse, Marketplace, and D2C platforms.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits.
- Coordinate with courier partners for reverse logistics, RTO, and replacement shipments.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged returns, and claim-related issues.
- Work closely with customer support, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on orders, returns, inventory, and warehouse performance.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, inventory controls, and safety standards.
