- Experience: 10–15 Years
- Robust FP&A; leadership and business partnering experience
- Preferred Qualification: CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA(Finance) from a Premier Institute
- Experience in P&L; ownership, working capital and cash flow management preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.
- Analyze Revenue, Cost, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Manage and monitor financial performance against business plans.
- Support P&L; ownership and Business Finance Partnering.
- Perform working capital analysis and cash flow forecasting.
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis and trend analysis.
- Prepare monthly,
quarterly and annual management reports.
- Develop dashboards and financial insights using Power BI.
- Work with SAP / SAP HANA and Advanced Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Support Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) and cost optimization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and profitability enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Support Financial Controller / Controllership and RTR activities.
