Role & responsibilities

1) Land Surveyor (MIS/Record Keeper)

- Conduct land surveys, boundary marking, site measurement and verification for solar/wind projects.
- Maintain land records, survey data, Khasra, Jamabandi, FMB and other relevant land documents.
- Prepare and update land survey MIS, Excel trackers and project-related records.
- Coordinate with land acquisition teams, revenue officials, landowners and project execution teams.
- Verify land details, demarcation, site layouts and survey reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of land availability, survey status and project progress.

2) Land Surveyor (MIS/GBS Tracking/Billing)

- Track land survey activities and maintain project-wise MIS reports.




- Maintain GBS tracking records and update project progress trackers.
- Prepare, verify and maintain billing-related documents, invoices and supporting records associated with land survey/project activities.
- Monitor survey progress, land documentation status and pending activities.
- Coordinate with surveyors, vendors, contractors, project teams and finance/billing teams.
- Reconcile tracking data, maintain records and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure timely submission and verification of reports, bills and project documentation.
