Position: IT Helpdesk Engineer

Job Description

Helpdesk engineer with minimum 3+ years of experience working in IT Company.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To configure, install, support and maintain IT hardware and software - PCs,laptops, desk, mobile phones, VoIP, printer/copiers, Windows/Linux operating systems,



applications software Basic networking skills to include TCP/IP, DNS, WINS and DHCP with exposure to desktop network connectivity diagnostics and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, VPN)

• Coordinates with employees to plan and implement software upgrade actions and OS installation.

• Responsible for Helpdesk Support on desktop software & hardware and work with service providers in case of hardware failure.

• To follow up procurement & delivery of hardware/software that are required by users.

• Day to day management of the helpdesk - dealing with cases from inception to completion.

Qualification

A bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
