Payroll Specialist | Mumbai (Goregaon East) | Leading Multinational Investment Bank (RPO Setup)
A leading multinational Investment Bank in an RPO setup is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its growing team in Mumbai. Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Work Model: 5 Days Work From Office
Notice Period: Immediate to 30-45 Days Preferred
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Indian Payroll Operations
Hands-on experience managing payroll for 1,200+ employees
Strong understanding of payroll processing, validation, compliance, statutory regulations, and vendor coordination
Experience handling end-to-end payroll activities including salary processing, reimbursements, full & final settlements, and audits
Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory compliances
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a large corporate, shared services, or RPO environment is preferred
